Graduate nurses who have less than one year of experience can now get the hands-on training they need to begin a successful career in the Graduate Nursing Residency Program at Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center.

The Graduate Nursing Residency Program is a 12-month program designed to nurture recently graduated registered nurses (RN) through the transition from student to working professional. Graduate nurses enter the program as full-time employees of Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center, and spend the first several months at the hospital in a combination of classroom and clinical experiences.
